Sweet Girl

This layout was inspired by Stephanie Bryan's "Moments" layout
in the January 2014 gallery of Write. Click. Scrapbook.

I tried to make pastel ruffles using tissue paper and watercolors for this layout.

Everyday, Strawberry

This layout was made for Write. Click. Scrapbook May gallery.
I mainly used Pink Paislee's  Hello sunshine collection from Gossamer Blue May kits.

I used 4 small photos about strawberries in this layout.
I feel the red color in these photos works wonderfully with the gray background.
And the hues of white from foam alphabets, vellum stars, plastic camera and threads are very clean against the gray paper.

Selfie with flower

I chose light blue papers and cute flower pattern stickers from Day Dreamer collection by Dear Lizzy for this layout.
As you can see, it's very fit for blue sea and little flower in this photo.
In this way I was frequently inspired from my photo
and that's a super easy way to make a concept of scrapbooking.

The feather blowing in the breezy clouds.
The stitching in the clouds for added texture.
The loose threads hanging off the end provide movement
and help you feel the breeze you see in the photo.

The repeated bits of loveliness in the pink scattered here and there.
The addition of the little yellow bow to the flower in the top left hand corner repeats the color of the journaling strip by the photo adding cohesion.

Do you see how all the random bits are anything but random?  :)

Mini album

I made an easy peasy mini album using some journaling cards and only 1 ring.
I mainly used 4x6 and 3x5 cards for this mini
and just added some stickers, brads and stitches to finish the album.
Especially new lines from Chickaniddy are perfect for baby girl's photos.
So cute! and bright. :)
I really enjoyed making this simple and easy mini album.

Hello 2014! and "thirty years" layout

Oh! lazy gal, Jina.
It's my first post here in new year. ;(

anyway, new year already began.
I hope the new year will bring me more exciting opportunities for my scrapbooking adventure, no doubt.

and
today i'm going to show you my layout for WCS January gallery.
January theme was "the times"

From my albums I found a picture taken in 1983 when I was 7 years old.
I felt that it looks like my recent photo in 2013.
Look! Both young girl Jina and 37 yrs Jina in this layout wore navy clothes and sat in a similar pose.
But I know, absolutely there are thirty years 1983~2013 in this one page. Eeek! soooo many years! ;(

2013 Layout : Girl's Dream

for Write. Click. Scrapbook November Gallery.

I tried to print full A4 size photo from my new printer.
And I chose a bold patterned paper, big tags, big gemstone and big wood veneer for big photo layout.
I bet these BIG embellishments are fit for young girl's dream of becoming a beautiful bride(or princess).
DREAM BIG! :)

Write. Click. Scrapbook October gallery : Day in the Life

I created this layout for Write. Click. Scrapbook October gallery.

I usually like one photo layout.
But sometimes it's not enough to keep lots of memories on one page.
To arrange multiple photos on this page, I decided to make wide white space.
It seems to me that the white space put my layout in a simple mood although 5 photos were in.

2013 Layout : Hug

This layout is for Write. Click. Scrapbook. September Gallery.

September theme was "Palette-able"

My "Palette-able" layout is full of my favorite colors.
Especially mint color reminds me of FRESH and SOFT mood.
I used circular stitch, bubble patterns and clear dew drops to accentuate the mood.
It looks just like such a dreamy layout.
