Pink Ruffles layout
I found a beautiful ruffle paper of American Crafts from the Stampmama shop.
I loooooove the pink ombre in romantic tone
and pink has been a my favorite without doubt.
I attatched small embellishments in very different textures.
It looks so much fun!
Sweet Girl
This layout was inspired by Stephanie Bryan's "Moments" layout
in the January 2014 gallery of Write. Click. Scrapbook.
I tried to make pastel ruffles using tissue paper and watercolors for this layout.

making patterns on the background
Sometimes I really enjoy to make a pattern on the background with stamps.
So I was happy to see the gorgeous Amy Tan stamps in the Gossamer Blue April Kits
and I instantly decided to use them for my layout.
If you wonder the making process of this page, go check it out.
Selfie with flower
I chose light blue papers and cute flower pattern stickers from Day Dreamer collection by Dear Lizzy for this layout.
As you can see, it's very fit for blue sea and little flower in this photo.
In this way I was frequently inspired from my photo
and that's a super easy way to make a concept of scrapbooking.
The feather blowing in the breezy clouds.
The stitching in the clouds for added texture.
The loose threads hanging off the end provide movement
and help you feel the breeze you see in the photo.
The repeated bits of loveliness in the pink scattered here and there.
The addition of the little yellow bow to the flower in the top left hand corner repeats the color of the journaling strip by the photo adding cohesion.
Do you see how all the random bits are anything but random? :)

Gossamer Blue : Using Transparent Elements
Recently there are many sorts of transparent embellishments in scrapbooking.
Absolutely it’s a trend! right?
I really love the various transparencies and vellums
because they add unique dimensions to my projects.
so I’m going to show you how I used them to create a layout.

Hello 2014! and "thirty years" layout
Oh! lazy gal, Jina.
It's my first post here in new year. ;(
anyway, new year already began.
I hope the new year will bring me more exciting opportunities for my scrapbooking adventure, no doubt.
and
today i'm going to show you my layout for WCS January gallery.
January theme was "the times"
From my albums I found a picture taken in 1983 when I was 7 years old.
I felt that it looks like my recent photo in 2013.
Look! Both young girl Jina and 37 yrs Jina in this layout wore navy clothes and sat in a similar pose.
But I know, absolutely there are thirty years 1983~2013 in this one page. Eeek! soooo many years! ;(

2013 Layout : for this
Last October, I went to the sea in the east of Korea.
I wanted to capture the moment walking along the beach in silence.
with a beautiful flower. :)
And I used blue watercolor on this layout for the precious memory
although I feel that it's difficult to manage watercolor effect.
Blue watercolor was the best for this page and the moment. wasn't it?

2013 Layout : Bell
Bell is my friend, Ahn's daughter and 9 years old.
I made this layout using Dear Lizzy polka dots collection
and Heidi Swapp's transparency diecuts for the sassy girl.
And I left a blank card to Ahn for her own journaling.

I'm eager to make my own design files for photoshop work.
It would be a fun project for me soon. ^^
2013 Layout : Today was magical
I was in pine forest.
It was really cozy and fresh place to me, autumn traveler.
Are you feeling like this?
:)
It was really magical moment.
So I decided to use the bigger photo for capturing of the memory and the feeling.
